Above the President

The relevance of much of what happens in the world today escapes public scrutiny, compliments of the corrupt corporate media. This site aims to help change that. Topics include the UN, oil pipelines, monetary policy and the fate of empires.

Admirality (not many people understand it)

The Supreme Court of the Untied States has declared:

To the extent that admiralty procedure differs from civil procedure, it is a mystery to mot trial and appellate judges, and to the non-specialist lawyer who finds himself-sometimes to his surprise - involved in a case cognizable only on the admiralty Aside of the court. Admiralty practice, said Mr. Justice Jackson, is a unique system of substantive laws and procedures with which members of the Court are singularly deficient in experience.” Black Diamond S.S. Corp. V. Steward & Sons, 336 U.S. 386, 403, 69 S.Ct. 622, 93L.Ed 754 (1949) (dissenting opinion).

Is it any wonder that the State Courts do not have any concept of Admiralty process when they rule against you in favor of the purchaser of the IRS tax lien, in Quiet Tile action? Note, more on this latter.

“The Federal District courts are the accustomed forum in which actions in admirable are tried and in the absence of some special reason therefore no effect should be made to divert this type of litigation to judges less experience in the filed” Calmar S.S. Corp. V. United States, 345, US 446, 97 L.Ed 1140, 73 S.Ct. 733.

Without Prejudice Explained

For "ZIP Code Addresses Explained"

2. My use of the term "without prejudice, UCC 1-207" in
connection with my signature on this document, or any prior
document or instrument, indicates that I have exercised the
remedy provided for me in the Uniform Commercial Code, Article I,
Section 207, whereby I have reserved my natural and common law
right not to be compelled to perform under any contract,
commercial agreement, or bankruptcy that I did not enter
knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally, and reserved all other

Furthermore, it notifies all administrative agencies of
government that I do not and will not accept the liability
associated with the compelled benefit of any unrevealed contract,
commercial agreement or bankruptcy.

Schwartzaneggar and the Prussian Deathshead

Picture of Arnold on cover of Time Magazine:

Look at his belt buckle. Looks like the same skull & crossbones that was used by the Prussian death cult (i.e., the Prussian Deathshead). Below is a Prussian Deathshead used by Hitler's SS:

Iranian Soldier Watches Abadan Burning

Abadan is close to the Iraqi border and was the scene of numerous fights during the Iran-Iraq war (1980-88); the photo alleges that it was taken on 27 Sep 1990, but I'm not sure this makes sense; it's after the Iran-Iraq war and before US-led Gulf War I;

Kermit Roosevelt in Iran

Kermit Roosevelt (1916-2000)

Kermit Roosevelt, the grandson of Pres. Teddy Roosevelt and a distant cousin to Pres. FDR, was the mastermind of CIA Operation Ajax, which orchestrated a coup against Mohammed Mossadegh and returned Mohammad Reza Pahlavi to Iran's Peacock Throne. By th early 1950s, Kermit was a successful senior officer in the CIA's Middle Eastern division. In 1951 the Iranian parliament under the leadership of Mossadegh, voted unanimously to nationalize the oil industry. Slipped across the border under (June 19, 1953) under CIA cover of "James Lockridge" The coup initially failed and the Shah feld to Iran. The head of the CIA station in Iran preferred to resign rather than participate in the coup. Note that the Dulles Brothers had worked for Sullivan and Cromwell, a prominent law firm that represented Standard Oil of NJ. Standard had wanted to gain interests in Iran for many years but AIOC had a monopoly on the region.

This is going to push the edge of the kind of content I've posted here before, but there's simply too much fascinating information here not to make reference to it. Interesting set of interviews that explore interesting correlations between Hitler, the Nazis and Zionism:

The reason for posting is not incite any kind of hatred or racism, but this is an extremely interesting historical point of view.
